These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you and Tlny Media, of 94 Yigal Alon St., Tel Aviv, Israel ("Tlny Media", "we", "us" or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website tlnymedia.co.il (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. About the Site and Our Services
The Site provides information about Tlny Media and its digital marketing and inbound lead generation services, and allows you to contact us and request a consultation. The content of the Site is provided for general informational and marketing purposes only. Our services themselves are provided solely under separate written engagement agreements, and nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer, a service agreement, or professional advice of any kind.
3. Eligibility
The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. Use of the Site

Submitting a form or requesting a consultation does not create a client relationship between you and Tlny Media and does not obligate us to respond, provide services, or accept any engagement. Communications through the Site are subject to our Privacy Policy.
6. No Guarantee of Results
The Site includes case studies, statistics, performance figures and client testimonials. These reflect specific past engagements and are provided for illustration only. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, budgets, competition, advertising platforms and your own business. Past performance does not guarantee future results, and nothing on the Site constitutes a promise, projection or guarantee of any specific number of leads, cost per lead, return on investment or other outcome.
7. Intellectual Property
