Tlny Media ("Tlny Media", "we", "us" or "our"), located at 94 Yigal Alon St., Tel Aviv, Israel, operates the website tlnymedia.co.il (the "Site"). We provide digital marketing and inbound lead generation services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share and protect personal information when you visit the Site or contact us, and describes your rights regarding that information.
This Policy is governed primarily by the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment No. 13 (the "Privacy Law"), and the regulations enacted under it, including the Privacy Protection Regulations (Data Security), 5777-2017. It also addresses rights available to visitors from the United States and other jurisdictions, to the extent applicable.
By using the Site or submitting information to us, you confirm that you have read and understood this Policy.
2. Notice Under Israeli Law
In accordance with Sections 11 and 17 of the Privacy Law, we hereby inform you that:
- You are under no legal obligation to provide us with any personal information. Providing information through the Site is voluntary and depends on your own free will and consent.
- If you choose not to provide certain information, the only consequence is that we may be unable to respond to your inquiry or provide you with the requested services or communications.
- Information you provide will be stored in a database maintained by or on behalf of Tlny Media and will be used for the purposes described in this Policy, including responding to inquiries, providing services, and — subject to your consent — direct marketing.
- The recipients of the information are Tlny Media and the service providers described in Section 7 below.
3. Information We Collect
a. Information you provide directly. When you fill out a form on the Site (such as our contact or consultation forms), communicate with us by email, phone, SMS or social media, or engage our services, we may collect: your full name, email address, phone number, company name, industry or business type, and the content of your message or inquiry.
b. Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect: IP address, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser type, operating system, pages viewed, time and date of visits, referring website or campaign source, and interactions with the Site. Under the Privacy Law, online identifiers such as IP addresses may constitute personal information, and we treat them accordingly.

We do not intentionally collect information of special sensitivity (such as health, biometric or financial account information) through the Site, and we ask that you do not submit such information through our forms.
4. How We Use Information
We use personal information for the following purposes:
- To respond to your inquiries and consultation requests and to communicate with you;
- To provide, operate, manage and improve our services and the Site;
- To send you marketing and promotional communications, subject to your consent as described in Section 5;
- To measure and improve the performance of the Site and of advertising campaigns (analytics and attribution);

- In accordance with Sections 17C–17F of the Privacy Law regarding direct mailing;
- For recipients in the United States, in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act and, with respect to text messages and calls, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
Every marketing message we send will identify us as the sender and include a clear way to unsubscribe. You may withdraw your consent and request removal from our direct-mailing lists at any time, free of charge, by using the unsubscribe link in any message or by contacting us at office@tlny-media.net. We will honor such requests promptly.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels and tags), which may include:
- Essential cookies, required for the Site to function;
- Analytics tools (such as Google Analytics), which help us understand how visitors use the Site;
- Advertising and measurement tags (such as Google tags, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel), which help us measure and improve advertising campaigns and may enable interest-based advertising by those platforms.

Certain advertising cookies and pixels may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under some U.S. state laws; residents of those states may opt out as described in Section 11.
8. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, in accordance with the Privacy Protection Regulations (Data Security), 5777-2017, including access controls, encryption in transit, and use of reputable service providers. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, to provide our services, to comply with legal, accounting or reporting obligations, and to establish or defend legal claims. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
10. International Data Transfers
We are based in Israel, and information may be stored and processed in Israel and in other countries where our service providers operate (including the United States). Where personal information is transferred outside of Israel, we do so in accordance with the Privacy Law and the Privacy Protection (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad) Regulations, 5761-2001, including by transferring to countries or recipients that ensure an adequate level of protection or subject to appropriate contractual safeguards.
11. Your Privacy Rights
a. Rights under Israeli law. Subject to the Privacy Law, you have the right to:
- Access / inspect personal information held about you in our database (Section 13 of the Privacy Law);
- Request correction or deletion of information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or outdated (Section 14 of the Privacy Law);
- Be removed from direct-mailing lists and object to the use of your information for direct marketing (Sections 17C–17F of the Privacy Law and Section 30A of the Communications Law);
- Lodge a complaint with the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority (רשות הגנת הפרטיות) at the Ministry of Justice.
b. Rights for U.S. residents. If you are a resident of California or another U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law (such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah or Texas), then to the extent such law applies to us you may have the right to: know and access the personal information we hold about you; request deletion; request correction; opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and of targeted advertising; and not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights. We do not sell personal information for money; to opt out of sharing via advertising cookies, adjust your cookie settings or contact us as described below.
c. Visitors from the EEA or UK. If you access the Site from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR, including rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

12. Children's Privacy

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and social media platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
